What are the commercial terms?
Lease terms start from £450 per machine per month plus VAT over 36 months, with the first three months of lease payments due upfront. An initial solution order of at least 100 litres applies unless otherwise authorised. We confirm the specification, site requirements and exact price before agreement.
The monthly lease does not rise simply because you add another suitable room to the treatment rota; solution consumption and any separately agreed services still vary with use. This makes planned rounds across waiting areas, canteens and staff spaces easier to budget than paying for individual callouts.
What happens on a normal treatment day?
Staff clean first, then the trained operator prepares an unoccupied space, runs the agreed cycle and follows the documented contact, ventilation and safe re-entry procedure. Fogging complements manual cleaning; it does not replace hand hygiene, ventilation or the organisation’s own infection-prevention controls.
A dated treatment record can help a business demonstrate that routine work was planned and completed. It should describe what actually happened, not imply a room is permanently sterile or that an outbreak has been prevented.
