Lease by industry
Every sector has its own rooms, risks and downtime
The machine is the same. What changes is which spaces you treat, when you can treat them and what an hour of closure costs you. Pick your sector for the spaces we would cover, the organisms that usually matter and an indicative cost per treatment.
Leasing is offered to approved registered organisations for use on their own sites by staff we have trained — never to private individuals.

Why it stacks up
The same benefits in every sector
Whatever the sector, the reasons organisations keep a machine on site are the same: better press, better attendance, less downtime and a lower environmental cost than the alternatives.
- Preventative, not reactive
- Once the machine is yours there is no per-treatment fee, so preventative treatment becomes something you schedule during normal downtime rather than something you authorise after an outbreak.
- Peace of mind, future proofed
- Whatever the next virus or outbreak turns out to be, the capability is already on site and the preventative measures are already in the rota. You are not starting from scratch when the headlines change.
- No additional staff cost
- There is no new headcount. Responsible staff you already employ are trained by us, and the routine or emergency treatment simply becomes part of their existing job description and rota.
- 8kg, carried by one person
- The fogger weighs only 8kg and is carried by hand, so there are no wheels rolling contamination out of an infected area, it fits small rooms and large halls alike, and one trained person can deploy it in minutes.
- Certificates you can display
- Every treatment can be logged and issued as a disinfection certificate for reception, customer areas, tender packs or inspections — visible proof that preventative measures are being taken.
- Environmentally sound chemistry
- SanoChem is a hydrogen peroxide and silver formulation that breaks down to water and oxygen. Non-toxic in use, no harsh biocide handling and a genuinely defensible environmental story.
- No residue
- Nothing is left on surfaces, fabrics, food-contact areas or electronics. No rinsing, no wiping down afterwards, no taint or film.
- No waste output
- No run-off to drain, no contaminated water, no piles of wipes and no disposal costs to account for in your waste stream.
- Lower energy cost
- Cycles run in minutes rather than hours, so there is no all-day plant running, no prolonged lighting and heating of a closed area and a smaller carbon footprint per treatment.
- Quick turnaround, higher productivity
- Re-entry is typically inside the hour. Rooms, vehicles and production areas come back into use the same shift instead of being written off for the day.
- Fewer sick days
- Regular preventative treatment of the shared spaces people actually use — canteens, washrooms, offices, mess rooms — is what reduces absence, not treating only the high-risk rooms.
- Broad spectrum, all year round
- Effective against bacteria, viruses, fungi, mould and spores, so the same programme covers winter norovirus and flu, summer mould and humidity, and everything in between.
Not listed? Ask anyway.
If your organisation is registered and can put trained staff behind the machine, we will look at it. If you are unsure how to approach a particular emergency or event, we can also attend with a couple of machines at a reduced rate to supervise your first treatments as a hybrid service.
