What to have ready
It speeds mobilisation considerably if you can tell us:
- Site address, access arrangements and out-of-hours contact
- Number and approximate size of the affected rooms
- The organism or contamination suspected, if known
- Whether the area can be vacated and sealed
- Sensitive equipment that must stay in place
- Any deadline — reopening, inspection or patient flow

Better still, have the response agreed before you need it
Risk assessments increasingly require a named, documented decontamination response. We can pre-agree call-off arrangements and RAMS so the answer is already on file — or, for approved organisations, place machines on your sites so your own trained staff can act immediately.
The bigger shift is that a leased machine lets you plan rather than react. Instead of calling for help and waiting six to twenty-four hours, your operators start a treatment in about five minutes — and at roughly £10 a room they can work preventatively during normal downtime, treating the offices as well as the labs and the canteen as well as the theatres.
