Why lease

Decontamination capability inside your own estate

Some organisations cannot wait for a contractor. A leased machine puts validated whole-space disinfection in the hands of your own trained staff — so a confirmed outbreak, spill or product hold is contained the same hour it is reported, on any site named in your agreement. If you are unsure how to handle a particular event, we can attend with a couple of machines at a reduced rate to help organise, supervise or run the first treatment alongside your team.

Operator training

On-site training and competency sign-off. Only staff we have trained and deemed competent may operate the unit.

Calibration & warranty

Two calibration and inspection visits a year, full warranty throughout the lease, and malfunction callouts included.

Chemical supply

Approved disinfectant supplied in 20-litre increments. No other chemical may be used in the machine.

What the lease includes

Response time & cost per room

Five minutes, not six to twenty-four hours

Leased machine on site
5 minutes

Seal the room, set the volume, start the cycle. Re-entry usually inside the hour.

Calling anyone out
6–24 hours

Report it, wait for a slot, travel, estates and sign-in, then unload and move equipment to the area.

Your cost per room
≈ £10 + VAT

Two rooms a day is around 60 a month: £500 rent + VAT ÷ 60 = £8.33, plus the chemical used. One attended callout is £495–£1,095.

At that price you stop waiting for an outbreak to justify the spend — you can plan rather than react. Rooms get treated during normal downtime, and the areas that never made the budget finally get covered: the offices as well as the labs, the canteen as well as the operating theatres.

Peace of mind, made visible

Preventative treatment your customers and inspectors can actually see

Disinfection certificates
Log each treatment and issue a dated certificate to display in reception and customer areas — proof that preventative measures are routine.
8kg, one person, minutes
The fogger is hand-carried at just 8kg — no wheels rolling contamination out of an affected area, and it fits rooms of any size.
No additional staff cost
Staff you already employ are trained by us, and the routine or emergency role is built into their existing job description and rota.
Future proofed
Whatever the next virus or outbreak turns out to be, the capability is already on your premises. See the research and case studies.

Where we can lease

Leasing reaches further than Shropshire and the West Midlands

This is the Shropshire & West Midlands office, but Sanondaf is a network. If your group has sites elsewhere, a machine can very often be leased there too, with the same training, calibration and preventative treatment programme — so one policy covers every site rather than one region.

United Kingdom & Islands

  • 12 offices across the UK, plus a further six in Scotland
  • Coverage across many areas of Northern Ireland and Wales
  • Channel Islands

International offices able to lease

  • Iceland
  • Malta
  • Lebanon
  • Thailand
  • Mexico
  • South Africa
  • USA

New regions and countries are opening every few months. Tell us where your sites are and we will confirm what can be covered today.

Prefer us to attend?

We also treat sites in person — across Shropshire and the West Midlands

If leasing is not right for your organisation, our trained infection control operators can attend and carry out the treatment for you, on a routine programme or as an emergency callout. That side of the business is handled at shropshirecleaners.expert.
