New: an online risk assessment and outbreak intake form
Most enquiries used to arrive as a sentence: we think we need fogging, can you call us. Then followed three phone calls to establish room sizes, how many spaces, how urgent it was and whether anyone was available to be trained. We have replaced that with something better, and it is live now.

The new risk assessment form at /risk-assessment captures your site details, spaces, urgency and the support you want. You receive a reference number immediately, a confirmation email, and a response from the Shropshire and West Midlands team — with the wider Sanondaf UK network behind it — with machine sizing and next steps.

What the form asks, and why
It is short, structured and takes a few minutes. Each question exists because the answer changes the recommendation — machine sizing, chemical volumes, training numbers and whether a supervised first treatment makes sense.
- Your organisation, sector and site type — eligibility and typical spaces
- The spaces you want covered and their rough scale — machine sizing
- Urgency: planning ahead, active concern, or live outbreak — how fast we respond
- The support you want: lease only, lease with supervised first treatments, or an attended hybrid event
- Floor plans if you have them, or tick the box to email them later
What happens after you submit
You get a unique reference beginning RA- on screen straight away, and a confirmation email with that reference and the exact subject line to use if you are sending a floor plan on afterwards.
Our team receives the full submission at the same moment, flagged if you are sending a plan later, so nothing sits in a general inbox waiting to be noticed. Live outbreak submissions are handled first.
Why we built it
Two reasons. First, speed: when someone is in an active outbreak, the difference between a same-day sized proposal and a three-call discovery process is real. Second, quality of advice — a recommendation made against actual room counts and space types is worth considerably more than one made against a phone call.
It also means your own risk assessment work has a starting document. Everything you enter comes back to you in the confirmation, so it can go straight into your file.

Frequently asked
- Do I need floor plans to submit the form?
- No. There is a tick box to say you will email plans later, and your confirmation email includes the reference and subject line to use when you do.
- How quickly will someone respond?
- Submissions marked as a live outbreak are prioritised. All submissions reach the Shropshire and West Midlands team immediately on submission.
- Is the form only for leasing enquiries?
- No. You can use it to request an attended hybrid treatment, supervised first treatments, or a straightforward lease proposal.
