We do both. Our operators attend sites for attended treatment, and we lease machines to approved organisations. This is the honest version of when each one makes sense.

A machine on site starts a response in around five minutes instead of 6–24 hours, and a fixed lease from £500 per month + VAT spread across the rooms you treat is normally the lower cost per room. How much faster is your own machine than a callout?
With a leased machine and trained staff on the rota, a response starts in around five minutes. A callout has to be reported, an operator has to travel, arrive, find estates, sign in and move equipment — 6 to 24 hours in practice. For a vessel that is not at port, an external team could realistically be 24 to 120 hours away.
Which works out cheaper — callouts or a lease?
A callout costs a fee per visit, every time. A lease from £500 per month + VAT is fixed, and one machine comfortably treats up to five rooms per hour depending on size. On a conservative two rooms a day — around 60 rooms a month — the lease cost divided by rooms treated, plus chemical, gives you a per-room figure that keeps falling the more preventative work you do.

Why is planned disinfection better than reacting to an outbreak?
Waiting for an outbreak means you only ever treat after the damage. With a machine on site you can plan — treat during regular downtimes, treat the offices and not just the labs, the canteen and not just the theatres, the changing rooms and not just the wards.
Preventative treatment is also the version customers, inspectors and insurers can see. Disinfection certificates displayed in customer areas, and 'we did this because we wanted the space to be safe anyway' messaging, is good press rather than crisis management.
What if you're not sure how to handle an outbreak or event?
If you have an event or an outbreak and you are not sure how to approach it, we will attend with a couple of our own machines at a reduced rate to help organise or supervise. Your team learns on a live job, we make sure the first one is done properly, and afterwards you run it yourselves.
Who can lease a disinfection machine?
Registered companies and approved organisations only — hospitals and medical centres, food factories, transport and fleet operators, universities and colleges, care homes, housing associations, research centres and similar. Machines are for use on your own group sites by your own specifically trained staff. We do not lease to individuals.

- Yes. Many clients lease for routine and emergency use and still book our operators for large-scale or unfamiliar jobs, including the hybrid supervised option at a reduced rate.

- 36 months, from £500 per month + VAT, with three months payable upfront and a minimum initial chemical order of 100 litres unless otherwise authorised.
