Fogging machine leasing: when a long-term commitment suits your building
Leasing is a long-term operational commitment, similar to leasing a company vehicle. It puts a dedicated machine on your approved sites, supports a planned schedule and builds capability within your own team rather than suggesting a casual day-hire arrangement.

What if we only need a one-off treatment?
A single event — a one-off deep clean before a handover, a building being sold, or contamination in a space you will never treat again — is handled as a supervised attended visit rather than a machine lease.
Where one-off call-outs fall apart is the second and third occurrence. Every event means booking, waiting, travel and another fee, while none of it builds capability in your own team.
Where is the crossover point?
Work it out on your own numbers. Count the treatments you would run in a year if the machine were free: room turnovers, outbreak responses, quarterly preventative rounds, seasonal damp and mould work, vehicle cleans.
Most sites are shocked by their own answer. Once the number passes six to eight treatments a year, a fixed lease is normally cheaper per room — and every treatment beyond that makes the per-room cost lower again.

What about the cost of waiting?
Waiting for an attended service has a hidden line item: downtime. A ward, classroom, kitchen or cabin sitting closed for 24 hours costs far more than the fogging itself in most sectors.
With a machine on site, the response starts in around five minutes and the room is usually back in service the same shift.
Can we start with a supervised treatment before committing?
Yes, and plenty of organisations do. We attend with machines at a reduced rate, run or supervise the first treatment, and your team sees exactly how it fits their round before a lease is signed.
It also gives us the room sizes, volumes and dosing we need to quote accurately rather than guessing from a floor plan.

- Is there a minimum lease period?
- Leases run 36 months with three months payable upfront. One-off requirements are handled as an attended or supervised service rather than a short-term machine arrangement.
- What happens if the machine develops a fault?
- Contact the Shropshire and West Midlands office and it is dealt with through the lease. You are not left sourcing parts or shipping a unit back to an anonymous warehouse.
- Can we move the machine between our own sites?
- Yes, and most groups do. It is 8kg and hand-carried, so a lab in the morning, the canteen at lunch and the offices before the cleaners leave is a realistic day.
- Do you lease to individuals or households?
- No. Machines go to registered organisations only. For domestic and one-off in-person treatment we point people to our treatment side rather than putting a machine in a private home.
