We sit on both sides of this. Our sister operation treats buildings in person across Shropshire and the West Midlands, and this office leases machines to organisations nationally. So we have no reason to push you one way — but we do have a clear view of which situations suit which.

Lease a machine if decontamination belongs in your routine — it starts in five minutes instead of 6 to 24 hours and costs less per room once you pass roughly six to eight treatments a year. When a service is the right answer
One-off jobs. Unfamiliar hazards. Trauma, void property clearance, heavy mould remediation, a specialist environment your staff have never handled. Buildings that are being sold or handed over. Anywhere the need genuinely will not recur.
Also: the first treatment. Plenty of organisations that ultimately lease start with an attended visit so they can watch it done properly before committing.
When leasing is the right answer
Recurring need. Room turnover. Outbreak risk. A cleaning team already going through the building daily. Multiple sites. Anything where waiting 6 to 24 hours for an operator is operationally unacceptable.
The economics follow the same line: from £450–£550 per month + VAT spread across the rooms you actually treat beats a per-visit fee from £495–£1,095 + VAT as soon as frequency builds.
What is the hybrid option?
If you are unsure how to approach a particular emergency or event, we can attend with a couple of machines at a reduced rate to help organise or supervise the work. Our operators run the first treatment, your staff shadow, and the routine is established with someone experienced in the room.
It is the option most people want and almost nobody advertises, which is why we spell it out.
What separates a real disinfection provider from a cowboy?
After 2020 the market filled with operators who bought a sprayer and a website. The tells are consistent: no named chemistry, no efficacy data, no safe re-entry calculation, no training standard, no record left behind.
Ask for the product, the data, the method and the record. A professional provider hands them over without hesitation — and if the answer is 'we use a hospital-grade disinfectant' with no product name, keep asking.

- Do you still provide attended disinfection services?
- Yes — through our treatment operation locally, and through supervised or hybrid visits nationally where an organisation wants help with a specific event or their first treatment.
- How fast can you attend an emergency?
- Attendance realistically means 6 to 24 hours depending on distance, access and time of day. A leased machine on site starts in around five minutes, which is exactly why we lease.
- Can we lease for some sites and use a service for others?
- Frequently the right structure. Busy sites get a machine, occasional or remote sites get an attended visit when needed.
- Do you cover the whole of the UK?
