How many machines does an estate need?
The honest answer is one wherever waiting would be unacceptable. A machine driven across a region is a machine you do not have when a ward, kitchen or depot needs it.
In practice most groups place one per building or depot, then add a second at the largest sites so two teams can work in parallel during turnover peaks.
How do you keep training consistent across sites?
Through the training chain. We deliver on-site operator training at the start, only trained and competent staff may operate, and only operators we have trained may train others. That prevents the slow drift where site six is doing something nobody recognises.
Additional on-site training visits from £450 + VAT each are how most groups onboard new sites and new staff.
What about chemical logistics?
One account, deliveries to the sites that need them, from £15 per litre + VAT with a 100 litre minimum. Larger estates typically hold stock centrally and distribute internally.
Because the chemistry is hydrogen peroxide based with no residue and no waste stream, storage and disposal are far simpler than a persistent chemical programme.
How is estate-wide evidence maintained?
The same method, the same product, the same record format everywhere. When a client, insurer or regulator asks how the estate manages decontamination, you produce one answer rather than eleven.
